As Assistant Principal at Hillsdale Middle School, I am honored to support a school community where learners, leaders, and artists are developed every day. In alignment with Cajon Valley Union School District’s mission and vision, my work focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where students are encouraged to think critically, explore their passions, and grow into capable and compassionate individuals prepared for their future.

With more than 20 years of experience as an educator and coach, including the privilege of coaching at the Winter Olympics, I bring a strong commitment to excellence, resilience, and teamwork. I believe deeply in the district’s vision of developing happy kids in healthy relationships who are on a path to meaningful employment, and I strive to help bring that vision to life through daily engagement with students, families, and staff.

Currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration at San Diego State University, I continue to strengthen my leadership to better serve our school and broader community. Guided by empathy, equity, and the belief that strong relationships are the foundation of success, I work to build a school culture where every person feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Together, we are helping make Cajon Valley the best place to live, work, play, and raise a family, beginning with the connections we build each day at Hillsdale.
